Shipping Policy

At Hope Images, every print is made to order just for you. Please allow 3 business days for your print to be produced before it is dispatched.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (8–10 business days total from order)
• Express delivery: 2–3 business days (5–6 business days total from order)

Shipping rates

• Standard delivery: $11.00 AUD
• Express delivery: $15.00 AUD
• Free standard shipping on all orders over $200.00 AUD

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your print on its way to you.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use rigid mailers and protective packaging to keep your print safe in transit.
